Carifly is a dealer-operations system for UK used-car dealers. It follows one journey: a vehicle you have bought, through arrival and preparation, to internally ready, with a clear record of who did what and when.

The journey Carifly covers
Carifly starts after the purchase. It records what happens to each vehicle until an authorised person marks it ready for sale.

Receive on arrival
Check the registration and chassis number against what was expected, and record mileage, keys and key documents.

Prepare
Plan preparation jobs with an owner and a due date, track blockers, and keep completion evidence with each job.

Record costs
Record itemised cost lines in pounds and pence, with supplier, reference and date. Corrections stay visible as history.

Review what is done, what is blocked and what evidence is missing. Only an authorised person can mark a vehicle ready.

Carifly is designed around the people who work on a vehicle, and the record shows who did what and when.

Keeps the stock list accurate and sees where every vehicle stands after purchase.

Checks what is ready, what is in preparation and what is still missing.

Reviews itemised costs against each vehicle, with a visible correction history.
Separate by design
Each dealership’s data is kept separate from every other dealership’s, enforced in the database. Access is by named user and role, with sign-in for named staff only. A record of changes is kept as append-only history, so nothing is silently overwritten.
Carifly works in a normal web browser on desktop and on a phone. There is no native phone app. It has light and dark appearance.
